If you purchase a paid version (Standard or Pro) and find that it has a technical issue or bug that we cannot resolve, we are happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Before a refund can be processed, we ask that you first allow our support team an opportunity to help you resolve the issue. A refund will be granted if we are unable to get the plugin working as described for your specific use case.
